Que es la soledad?
Es la falta de tu compania.
Es saberte imposible.
Es comprender que no estas
aunque te veo,
que no responderas a mis gritos
que te llaman con desesperacion.
Es sentir que se deshace
mi corazon
en tuenes hilos
que ondulan en el viento
Y se pierden...

Que es la esperanza?
Es seguir pensando
en ti,
a pesar de todo y todos.
Es seguir esperando
que alguna vez
me comprendas.
Es seguir intentando
encontrar los hilos
desperdigados,
para volver a tejer
mi corazon.
Es seguir creyendo
que algun dia
me amaras.

LONELINESS AND HOPE


What is loneliness?
It is your absence
It is to know
That you are
An imposible dream.
It is to understand
That you are not there
Although I can see you
Standing before me
That you will not answer
When I cry out your name
In desperate pain.
It is to feel
That my heart
Untangles itself
In wispy strings
That undulate in the wind
And float away...

What is hope?
It is to keep
Thinking of you,
In spite of everything
And everyone.
To keep on waiting
Tha some day
You'll understand.
To keep on trying
To find the scattered
threads of my heart
To weave it back
Into existence.
To keep believing
That, some day,
Your love
Will be mine...
